Hangsing Plastic Co., Ltd is a significant Taiwanese-funded enterprise, established in July 1997 as Hangsing Foam Factory, over 50 staff and area of 7,000 m². For reliable quality, good reputation and extensive business, it continued in 2001 as Xinchuang Foam Factory with over 100 staff and area of over 10,000 m². ALong with the adjustment of management philosophy, we explore new products on the basis of former excellent quality, extend mighty sales market and increase sales volume by three times. Because the former equipment and production space can not meet customers requirements, the company continued again in July 2003 as Hangsing Plastic Co., Ltd., covering over 30,000 m².
    Our company has two factories, foam factory and foam machinery factory. The former is engaged in fireproofing/electronic speaker/earphone/earcap/microphone cover/toy/underwear/shoe material/handbag/sports instrument/slow spring/fast spring/yellowing resistant foam processing which has passed UL attestation(UL No:E200935), while the later one specializes in automatic foaming machine assemblage(Patent No:ZL01271425-9 & ZL01271426-7)and process equipment.
    We gained unanimous recognition from home and overseas clients with imported latest equipment and modern exquisite foam/frothing equipment. We specializes in new products development with the characters of little pore, proper elasticity and long yellowing resistance, integrated with society progress, environmental improvement and creation. Currently, we are equipped with up to date PLC outfit and environmental PE recycle film design drive system (patent product, patent No.:ZL01271426-7) to decrease waster paper generation, predigest operation procedure and cut workforce cost. Taking foam delicateness into consideration, we research the patent double composite head (patent No.:ZL01271425-9) to improve foam pore problem.
